Terms of Service
By downloading, installing, or using BounceChain (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your license to use the App is separately set out in our End User License Agreement (EULA), available within the App's Settings panel.
1. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its code, graphics, characters, and virtual items, remain the exclusive property of Turhan Onur Üstünkaya and its licensors. Using the App does not grant you any ownership rights in it.
2. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases (virtual coins and items). All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and the policies of Google Play.
3. Virtual Items
Coins and cards obtained in the App have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and remain the property of Turhan Onur Üstünkaya. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items at any time.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or tamper with the App, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turhan Onur Üstünkaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
