Delete Your BounceChain Data
BounceChain by Focaccia Code Studios · Last updated: September 29, 2026
BounceChain does not have its own account system: you sign in with Google Play Games, and we do not run our own servers. This page explains how to delete the data connected to your use of BounceChain (com.focacciacodestudios.BounceChain), developed by Focaccia Code Studios.
Request Deletion From Us
- Email hello@focacciacode.com with the subject "BounceChain data deletion request".
- Include your Google Play Games display name. If you can, also include your device model and roughly when you installed the game — analytics data is not linked to your name, so this helps us find it.
- We will confirm your request and complete it within 30 days.
What We Delete
- Any feedback messages you sent us from the game.
- App usage analytics and campaign measurement (attribution) records we can link to your device, by submitting deletion requests to Google Analytics for Firebase and Kochava.
Data You Can Delete Yourself
- Google Play Games data (your BounceChain progress saved to Play Games, leaderboard entries, Play Games profile): open the Google Play Games app → Settings → Delete Play Games account & data, where you can delete the data of an individual game or your whole Play Games account.
- Data on your device (local progress and settings): clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall the game.
- Advertising ID: reset or delete it in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).
What May Be Kept
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) are deleted automatically after up to 90 days.
- Analytics event data that we cannot link to you is deleted automatically after up to 14 months.
- Purchase records are kept by Google Play as required by law.
- Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you may be kept.
More details are in our Privacy Policy.
